Calibration Management System
End-to-end calibration lifecycle management for pharmaceutical instruments and equipment. Replace spreadsheets and paper records with a structured, auditable system aligned to GxP, GDP, and ISO 17025 requirements.
Platform Overview
The GxP Mentor Calibration Management System (CalMS) provides a centralised register for all instruments and measurement equipment subject to periodic calibration. It automates due-date tracking, stores calibration certificates, and generates compliant calibration records for audit and regulatory inspection.
Out-of-tolerance events are managed through a structured workflow that captures the impact assessment, corrective action, and requalification outcome — ensuring a complete, traceable record aligned to GAMP 5 and GxP documentation requirements.
CalMS is part of the GxP Mentor Compliance Suite and shares the same multi-tenant architecture, role-based access, and audit trail infrastructure as the TMS and Predictive Monitoring platforms.
