The GxP Mentor Maintenance Management System (MaintMS) provides a structured platform for managing all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance activities on GxP-critical equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Maintenance schedules are configured per asset with automated work order generation at the defined interval. Corrective maintenance events are logged against the relevant asset with fault description, work performed, parts used, and sign-off — creating a complete and traceable equipment history.
When maintenance activities may affect the qualification status of a piece of equipment, MaintMS guides the user through an impact assessment workflow to determine whether requalification is required — keeping your equipment files current and audit-ready.
