Platform Overview
The GxP Mentor Temperature Monitoring System (TMS) is a cloud-based data visualisation platform designed for pharmaceutical, food, and cold chain organisations that require continuous, documented environmental monitoring against defined acceptance criteria.
Connected directly to your iMonnit sensor network, the TMS ingests real-time readings and displays them against your configured temperature and humidity limits — giving your team immediate visibility of in-spec and out-of-spec conditions across all monitored locations.
All data and charts are exportable as signed PDF reports, formatted for inclusion in quality management records, regulatory submissions, and batch documentation.

Real-Time Data Visualisation
Interactive time-series charts for temperature and humidity across all sensors. Selectable date ranges from 24 hours to custom multi-day windows.
Acceptance Criteria Tracking
Each sensor is configured with limit low, limit high, and set point values. Charts display limit bands visually so out-of-spec readings are immediately apparent.
GxP-Compliant PDF Reports
Generate timestamped PDF reports per sensor, including charts, KPIs, % time in spec, MKT, and excursion summaries. Formatted for quality records and audits.
iMonnit Integration
Direct API integration with iMonnit sensor accounts. Import sensors automatically and receive continuous readings without manual data entry.
Multi-Tenant Architecture
Role-based access for multiple organisations on a single platform. Admin users manage sensors, credentials, and user accounts per client.
Multi-Sensor Type Support
Supports temperature-only, temperature & humidity, low-temperature, dry contact, voltage, and three-phase current sensors — each with appropriate chart layouts.
What You See in the Platform
Sensor Overview
A summary of all sensors across your organisation with live status, latest reading, and configuration status. Filter by organisation (for multi-client admins) or drill into any sensor for full detail.
Sensor Detail & Charts
Per-sensor interactive chart showing the full selected time range. Temperature limit bands are overlaid in the chart. KPI cards display min, max, mean, % time in spec, and MKT for the selected period.
Humidity Visualisation
For T&H sensors, a dedicated humidity chart is shown below the temperature chart. The humidity axis is always fixed at 0–100 %RH with configurable acceptance bands.
PDF Report Generation
One-click PDF export for any sensor and date range. Reports include the sensor name, organisation, date range, all KPIs, chart rendering, and excursion summary table.
