Platform Overview
The GxP Mentor Temperature Monitoring System is a cloud-based platform for organisations that have to show, on paper, that their storage stayed within defined acceptance criteria. It is built as a GAMP 5 Category 5 system and qualified under our own change control, so the evidence it produces is defensible rather than merely available.
Connected directly to your sensor network, the TMS ingests readings continuously and shows them against your configured temperature and humidity limits. A single Health Score summarises the fleet, and each sensor page carries a Smart Analysis panel that highlights out-of-spec periods and data gaps in the window you are reporting on.
Reports run on demand or on a schedule, as PDF or CSV, each with an optional sign-off block and a Comments section for the reviewer. Every configuration change is written to an ALCOA+ audit trail with before and after values, the user, and the timestamp.

Every change writes a before and after entry with the user and a timestamp. Two-tier login lockout with admin unlock, rate limits on sensitive endpoints, and a 15 minute session idle timeout.

Direct API integration with your iMonnit account. Each integration holds up to three API keys, so if one is rate limited or fails the next is tried automatically. Repeated auth failures are audited.

Every sensor in the organisation with live status, latest reading, battery, and signal. Filter by organisation for multi-client admins, or open any sensor for the full record.
Sensor detail and charts
A per-sensor chart across the selected range with the limit and set point lines drawn in. KPI cards show min, avg, max, % In Spec, and MKT for the period on screen.
Humidity visualisation
For temperature and humidity sensors, a dedicated humidity chart sits below the temperature chart. The humidity axis is fixed at 0 to 100 %RH with its own acceptance band.
Gateway workspace
Gateway list and detail, with the sensors behind each gateway in one table. Weak-signal units are flagged before they drop offline.
Scheduled and on-demand reports
Build a report for any sensor and date range, or let the schedule deliver it. Reports carry the organisation, range, KPIs, charts, an in spec, above and below limit summary, sign-off block, and comments. Trend Analysis adds a full excursion register.
Audit trail
An admin screen listing every configuration change with before and after values, the user, and the timestamp, filterable by the record that changed.

For QA, IT, and procurementIs the system validated?
Yes. The TMS is a GAMP 5 Category 5 bespoke system with signed protocols, formal change qualification, and a Validation Certificate. The current release is VC-08, issued 26 August 2026. The next release is in qualification. The full validation pack can be reviewed under NDA by appointment.
What report types are supported?
Five: Sensor, Gateway, Battery, Signal, and Trend Analysis. Trend Analysis carries MKT, Time in Range, min, avg, max, and % In Spec. Every report can carry an optional sign-off block and a Comments section, delivered as PDF or CSV, on demand or on a schedule.
Which sensor types are supported?
Temperature, temperature and humidity, low temperature including ultra low temperature probes for minus 80 C freezers, voltage monitor, dry contact with custom labels, three phase current, and CO2 with an optional 8 hour TWA. iMonnit is the current sensor provider and multi-vendor support is on the roadmap.

Can I export raw data for a sponsor audit?
Yes. Per-sensor export gives a ZIP of raw CSV and PDF, and per-report export gives CSV. The audit trail carries before and after values, the user, and the timestamp on every change, viewable by your administrators for sponsor packs and inspector review.
How is my data protected?
Sessions idle out at 15 minutes. Login lockout runs in two tiers, 5 failed attempts in 15 minutes and 10 in 24 hours, the second requiring an admin unlock. A strict Content Security Policy runs in enforce mode. Infrastructure is Vercel, with client data held in Supabase Postgres under row-level security and Resend for mail. Our own off-site code backups sit in S3 with public access blocked.
Can we review the signed protocols?
The signed validation protocols, qualification reports for DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, the summary report, and the supporting evidence can be viewed by appointment with GxP Mentor Pty Ltd. Contact your GxP Mentor representative to arrange a review.
